All Pre-Orders are non-refundable unless it falls in the 30 days past ETA date.
Please note that our vendors do sometimes push back the ETA dates or on occasion, arrive earlier than expected.
We will keep pre-orders up-to-date on ETA so everyone stays in-the-loop.
We love & appreciate y'all for ordering with us and if for some reason it gets pushed back over 30 days, we will send a full refund via however customer paid unless customer is willing to wait.
If it hasn't been the full 30 days & would like a refund, store credit will be issued.
